    For someone who got stung a lot as a kid (exploring in ivy and runing into bees and hornets), I can understand why a bee would cause someone to jump away.

    Thanks for dropping by! You are right. Bees STING. But people do tend to over react. Batting at them and generally flailing around just draws what people fear, being stung. It is true that we draw to us what we fear.
