ADHD is NOT a "so called" disease. I happened to know quite a few families with ADHD children who eat completely unprocessed and natural foods.

I only wish the kids could be rid of ADHD that easy. There is more to it than just food, much more.

One of those many are the effects of immunization that can not be wiped out.

T,
I apologize, I wasn't suggesting you should be listing his sources. I meant HE DOES NOT list his sources in his articles. That's one of my issues with him. I've recently done a ton of research on this guy to see if his intentions are legitimate. There are many inconsistencies and contradictions, as well as questionable affiliations and money-making schemes. I've since chosen to look for other more reliable sources of health information. I've posted my findings on my blog if you're interested.

Lucy, thanks for the tips.

Russell, Not a farmer but I would think that cows that feed on organic food would give "organic" milk and then you can pasteurize it or whatever -- but I suppose people who think that are who you wrote the book for. Milk isn't in my personal list of edibles anyway so I don't care and won't be buying the book anytime soon.

momentofchoice, as I stated at the beginning of the post "For the article, complete with links, you can go here http://www.naturalnews.com/019957.html" I'm sure all of his sources are in the links there in the original article if you are interested.

Thank you all for dropping by and caring enough to comment. T.

I wish he would list the sources of his information. He did not pull this stuff out of thin air. I think his sources deserve some credit.

Regarding point 8, you are right to point out that some organic milk in the USA has false labelling. But more importantly, nobody should consume organic milk in the USA - it is much worse for health compared to regular pasteurized milk. As explained in "organic Milk Myth" the scientific evidence for this overwhelming.

In Reply to Number 6

Healthy eating benefits of dips

Guacamole has the nutritious avocado as its main ingredient. Avocado provides antioxidants such as vitamin E and blood pressure-regulating potassium.

Houmous is a good provider of protein, fibre and a range of vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals (beneficial plant compounds) thanks to its chickpea and sesame seed content. Nutritionally speaking it counts as a vegetarian alternative to meat. While high in fat, it is mainly the heart healthier unsaturated type. Reduced fat versions are available. Different varieties of houmous such as roasted red pepper or roasted vegetable come with the natural benefits of added vegetables and often with calorie and fat savings as a result – check nutrition labels.

Salsa is made from tomatoes, onions and chillis so is a great provider of antioxidants such as lycopene (which give tomatoes their red colour) and quercetin, a flavonoid antioxidant. It is naturally high on flavour and low in fat and calories (just 8 calories per 15g/1 level tablespoon) so ideal for satisfying the most weight conscious taste buds.
